These Terms of Service govern your use of eastcurated.com and any purchases made through our store. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

We make every effort to represent our products accurately. However, colours and finishes may appear differently depending on your device's display settings. We do not warrant that product appearance will exactly match what is shown on screen.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an acceptance confirmation from EastCurated. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Cancellation requests made after an order has been accepted may not be accommodated. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.

Products purchased through our store are intended for personal or household use only and may not be resold or exported commercially.

SECTION 4 — PRICING AND BILLING

Prices are set at the time of purchase and confirmed in your order confirmation email. All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable duties and taxes unless otherwise stated.

Promotions and discounts are subject to their own terms and may be withdrawn at any time. Where a conflict exists between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms govern.

By placing an order, you confirm that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

EastCurated is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with EastCurated. Shopify is not a party to any transaction between you and EastCurated and is not responsible for any aspect of those transactions, including products, fulfilment, or any loss or damage arising from them.

SECTION 10 — PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you confirm that you have read and understood both policies.
