You’ll get an order confirmation email as soon as checkout is complete. Check spam if you don’t see it. A second email with tracking goes out when the order ships (usually within 1–3 days).
We start packing quickly. Email support@eastcurated.com with your order number as soon as you can. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it’s on the way, use our 30-day returns instead.
Major credit and debit cards, plus the wallets shown at checkout (such as Shop Pay and PayPal, where available). We never store your full card details on our servers.
Yes — free shipping on orders over $60. Below $60, standard rates show at checkout ($8 Americas / Europe & UK; $5 Asia). See the full table on our Shipping Policy.
No. Duties and taxes are included on all orders. You should not be charged extra by customs on delivery. (Rare local levies outside standard import duties, if any, stay the customer’s responsibility.)
We email a tracking number when the order ships. You can also use Track Your Order in the footer. If it hasn’t arrived within the estimate, email support@eastcurated.com within 30 days of dispatch.
30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in the original packaging. Email support@eastcurated.com with your order number first — we send return instructions. Return shipping is yours unless the piece is faulty or we sent the wrong item. Full details: Refund Policy.
No. Earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons. Personalized / engraved pieces, final-sale items, gift cards, and anything worn or damaged after delivery are also excluded.
After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take longer to show the credit. EU & UK customers also have a 14-day cooling-off right — our 30-day window already covers it.
Most jewelry is 925 recycled sterling silver with 18k gold vermeil and a tarnish-resistant finish. Some styles use surgical-grade stainless steel. Check the product page for the exact metal.
Yes. Vermeil is a thick layer of gold over sterling silver — not costume plating. It is made for everyday wear, but it is not solid gold throughout. With care it keeps its colour; over years of friction the gold layer can thin (that’s normal, not a defect).
Take pieces off before showering, swimming, sleeping, or working out. Water, chlorine, salt, perfume, sunscreen, and lotion wear the finish faster. Put fragrance and lotions on first, then jewelry.
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Store in the dust pouch, away from heat and other pieces so they don’t scratch. For a deeper clean, use lukewarm water and one drop of mild soap — never silver polish, toothpaste, or baking soda on vermeil. Step-by-step: How to clean gold vermeil.
Use our Size Guide, or open Size Guide on the product page for rings and bracelets. If you’re between sizes, email us with the style name and we’ll help.
